Position Details

  • Access to a full team of in-house Board eligible or Certified specialists.
  • Predominantly PPO practice.
  • Comprehensive dental office.
  • Compensation :

    • 31% - 33% of production based on experience.

  • Guaranteed compensation for the first 6 months.
  • Full-time dentists can expect to earn between $205,000 and $450,000.
  • Up to a $10,000 Signing Bonus based on average days worked per week.

  • Minimum of 2 days a week, with the option to work up to 5 days based on your preference.

    • Position Qualifications

  • Open to new graduates.
  • Accredited Dental School Graduate.
  • Current WA State Dental License (or the ability to obtain one by the time of employment).
  • Other licenses / certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI.
