Senior Accounts Payable Representative

Responsibilities

( This is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 from home.)

The UHS Corporate Accounting Department is hiring an Senior Accounts Payable Representative to process AP invoices from verification of expense through payment and other accounting-related work.

Key Responsibilities include :

Obtain approvals, GL coding, entering of invoices into AllScripts, and certifying in the Enterprise Check Request system.

Reconcile Vendor Statements, respond to email and telephone inquiries concerning invoice payment status.

• Remediate Escheat items by contacting vendor / facilities and determining the appropriate resolution in a timely manner.

Remediates W-9 IRS mismatches.

Performs other duties as assigned / required.
