Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of Crme de la Crme schools in a dynamic market. If you are passionate about leading and coaching others to deliver amazing experiences, the Regional Manager role could be for you! As a Crme de la Crme Regional Manager, you are responsible for leading a team of Executive Directors, and providing them with the tools, coaching, and mentorship they need to succeed. This is a multi-unit field leadership role, responsible for 11-13 childcare schools across multiple states. Our Regional Managers drive quality and consistency in our centers and enhance family acquisition and retention.
As a Regional Manager, you will :
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge of licensing standards in a childcare center
Communication, organization, prioritize, discretion, and initiative
Technology (including computers, Microsoft Office, tablets, and basic web navigation)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader
Ability to identify, develop, retain, and engage a successful team
Strong business insight; ability to drive financial results and identify sales opportunities
Leadership experience in a customer and talent-focused environment
A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day
