If you're new to this work, through our training you will earn a nationally recognized certification as a Registered Behavior Technician. Whether you're already certified or just starting out, this is a place where your work will be respected, your growth will be supported, and your effort will be rewarded.

Compensation & Benefits

$20 / hr (non-certified) | $25 / hr (already RBT certified)

6 paid holidays + paid Winter Break + accrued time off starting when certified

Company contributes 3% even if you don't

Medical, dental, and pharmacy (Kaiser or HMSA)

Liability, disability, and worker's comp

Up to $500 for new team members you refer
