Fund Control Specialist

A company is looking for a Fund Control Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the construction loan program, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

Collaborate with internal partners to improve processes and support construction management activities

Perform quality control analysis on contractor and project feasibility reports, ensuring high-quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred

3-5 years of experience in Construction Underwriting and Condition Management

Strong knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with imaging systems and the internet

Experience with a Loan Operating System (LOS) is a plus

Knowledge of Tableau is beneficial
