Salary : $150,000 - $170,000

Location : Washington DC

Schedule : 4 days onsite

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or Master's in Accounting / Finance preferred.
• Minimum of 57 years of progressive accounting / finance experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector
• Minimum of 3+ years of direct management experience

Position Summary :

The Controller is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. This role ensures that financial systems and processes support the strategic goals and compliance requirements of the nonprofit. The Controller manages accounting functions, ensures accurate financial reporting, enforces internal controls, and supports budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
