Atlantic Group is hiring an Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager in Westchester County, NY for our client. This hybrid role oversees AP/AR operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes. You'll manage vendor relationships, cash applications, and month-end close while driving workflow improvements. Ideal for accounting professionals with NetSuite experience and backgrounds in real estate or telecommunications.

Responsibilities as the Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager:

• Invoice & Payment Management: Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payments via check, ACH, or wire.
• Accounts Receivable Oversight: Manage billing, collections, and cash applications while resolving outstanding items promptly.
• Reconciliations & Reporting: Prepare account reconciliations and support month-end close with accruals and variance analysis.
• Process Improvement: Streamline AP/AR workflows and enhance cash management efficiency.
• Vendor & Client Relations: Maintain strong communication with vendors and customers to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience in accounts payable and receivable, with leadership experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP platforms, with NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in real estate, telecommunications, or similar industries with multi-entity accounting exposure preferred.
• Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
