Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Part-Time Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for facilitating client-specific processes and cultivating a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess 1 year of customer service and administrative experience with bilingual (English & Spanish) abilities. Apply online and kick-start your career today!

Pay, Schedule, and Location

Daytime, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday ( 24 hours per week)
$18 / hr and up - depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greets walk-ins and answers phones

Assists applicants at the kiosk and processes their paperwork for onboarding

Facilitates candidate recruitment and delivers client-specific orientations

Cultivate a positive working environment

Correspond with payroll and management for reporting and submittals

Acts as the first level of conflict resolution for any applicant / candidate issues

Communicates applicant or client needs or requests to the appropriate branch staff.

Requirements and Qualifications

1 to 2 years of administrative experience is preferred ( Hr or similar is a plus)

Bilingual abilities (English & Spanish) strongly preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organizational abilities and enjoy problem-solving

Experience with Google Suite, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and / or timekeeping.
