Your Impact:

In this position, you will engage with clients to enhance healthcare value through innovative solutions that aim to make healthcare more effective, affordable, and inclusive worldwide. Your role involves leading and advising on evidence-based medicine and clinical practices, while also representing the Clinical and Risk Excellence (CARE) team at public forums such as conferences and expert panels. You will collaborate with senior colleagues to produce analytical articles for peer-reviewed publications.

You will work within teams of 3-5 consultants, actively involved in gathering data, analyzing information, and formulating recommendations. You'll relay findings to client management and assist implementation alongside their teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a range of healthcare business challenges and practices, receiving daily mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.

Part of the CARE Domain, your contributions will enhance our analytics and client service capabilities, ultimately driving meaningful change in value-based care through collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and clinician leaders. Qualifications:

• Must hold a Clinician degree (e.g., MD/DO/RN) with relevant clinical experience.
• Specialization in nephrology, women's health, or oncology is strongly preferred.
• Previous clinical practice experience is essential, including residency.
• Understanding of population health metrics and healthcare outcomes is advantageous.
• Proficient in influencing senior clinical business leaders (e.g., CMOs).
• Effective resource management with a history of responsible stewardship.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and flexible availability for meetings outside of standard hours.
