Construction Superintendent / Builder – Residential Homes

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent / Builder to oversee residential homebuilding projects in the Aiken, SC area.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead on-site construction operations — managing subcontractors, schedules, and materials — to deliver homes that reflect our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in coordinating every stage of the building process, ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and up to our standards.

Responsibilities include :

  • Oversee all phases of residential construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with safety, code, and quality standards
  • Conduct daily site walks and manage progress updates
  • Identify and resolve conflicts in scheduling or workmanship
  • Maintain communication with homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams

Who You Are

  • Experienced in residential construction, site management, or project supervision
  • A strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

    • Requirements :

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • GSWCC Level 1-A (Blue Card) and SCDHEC EPSCI certifications, or ability to obtain
  • Preferred : Two-year degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Equivalent consideration : 20+ years of military leadership experience may substitute for degree
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
