We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role.
At Medtronic, the Regional AiBLE Robotics Program Development Specialist is responsible for selling and integrating Spine Enabling Technologies into spine surgery. In addition, this role is responsible for driving deep account penetration and new users with our enabling technologies at assigned spinal accounts. Through job related synergies in technical expertise, core spine rep training, and end user training; this individual will drive adoption of our Spine Enabling Technologies through their technical and sales aptitude. This individual will also represent the company in accordance with its policies and in the area assigned, maintaining an awareness of local competitive conditions and report back promptly to the Mazor Area Manager.

This role will support our Spinal Surgical Robotics platforms.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $100,000.00 - $100,000.00The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
