Base pay range

$41.61 / hr - $61.20 / hr

Title : Designer

Location : Midwestern Region (Onsite)

Employment Type : Contract

Compensation

Pay Range : $41.61-$61.20 / Hrs

Description

Develop and maintain automation workflows for infrastructure management.
Enhance dashboards to monitor device health and performance.
Assist in system upgrade cycles with validation and support.
Conduct testing of new releases and report issues for resolution.
Collaborate with technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Provide feedback on new products and features during pilot phases.
Offer technical assistance to field support teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop automation workflows.

Create and manage monitoring dashboards.

Support system upgrade cycles and validate deployments.

Test new releases and report issues for fixes.

Collaborate with support teams for troubleshooting.
