A respected hospital in Southern Oklahoma is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Medical Technologist to join their evening shift team. This is a hands-on leadership role in a full-service clinical laboratory, offering an opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to high-quality patient care.

What You ll Do :

Perform, verify, and report high-complexity laboratory testing across multiple disciplines

Oversee day-to-day lab operations, ensuring accurate and timely results

Maintain specimen integrity, verify labeling, and troubleshoot discrepancies

Support blood bank and transfusion processes, ensuring compliance and quality control

Monitor inventory, assist with training, and promote a culture of safety and teamwork

Act as a technical resource and leader for other lab staff

What We re Looking For :

Bachelor s degree in Medical Technology or related biological / chemical science

ASCP certification (or equivalent) required

At least 1 year of high-complexity testing experience

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently
