A Typical Day :

As a Tax Specialist at H&R Block, you will receive extensive tax training and support from an expert team dedicated to your success. You will enjoy flexibility and opportunities for extra earnings while embracing what makes your life uniquely yours.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients in person and through virtual tools such as video, phone, chat, and email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Drive business growth, enhance client retention, and promote additional products and services.
• Assist clients with IRS support.
• Collaborate and support office priorities through teamwork.
• Continuously grow your tax expertise.
