Who we are hiring (and what will they do)

We are looking for a Multimedia Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, on-brand visuals across a wide range of digital and print mediums. You will support demand generation campaigns, product marketing, events, web design, and more. As a designer, you’ll bring ideas to life efficiently and with a keen eye for detail. You’ll be expected to manage multiple projects at once, using tools like Trello to prioritize and communicate progress. This role reports directly to the Creative Director, and will work in close partnership with the Senior Creative Producer. Together, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with the broader marketing team to ensure creative output is aligned, timely, and impactful. Key Responsibilities

  • Design assets across all formats, including : Digital ads and landing pages; Social media graphics; Presentation decks and infographics; Website graphics and blog visuals; Print collateral (conference signage, sales sheets, event displays)
  • Manage and prioritize design projects using task management tools like Trello
  • Collaborate with content, paid media and lead gen team members to deliver visuals aligned to campaign goals
  • Work with Sr. Creative Producer to manage project timelines and resource needs
  • Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and style standards
  • Support design needs for internal communications, customer marketing, and co-branded partner materials
  • Assist with web and landing page styling, edits, or image optimization in WordPress and HubSpot
  • Contribute to a culture of creative excellence, attention to detail, and continuous improvement

What skills will help you be effective on our team?

  • Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of professional design experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video production / editing platforms
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for both digital and print
  • Experience designing for digital (ads, social media, email, website, video)
  • Familiarity with CMS tools (WordPress, HubSpot) a strong plus
  • Comfortable working in Trello or other project / task management systems
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects
  • Positive attitude, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset
  • A willingness and eagerness to learn new skills, tackle evolving challenges and take on additional responsibility as needed.

  • The expected salary range for this role may differ based upon the candidate. Salary presented with a job offer will be based on factors such as calibrated job level, educational background, prior work experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
