Akkodis is seeking an IT Applications Associate – Hybrid – Memphis TN for a 12 months contract opportunity

Rate Range : $20 / hour - $24 / hour .; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in troubleshooting, SQL, and backend systems, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and deliver excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve customer issues within defined SLAs.
• Analyze and troubleshoot software and system problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Assist in defining, developing, and testing simple to moderately complex software programs.
• Work with tools and technologies such as Informatica, PL / SQL, Progress, and other relevant programming languages.
• Participate in requirements gathering, data analysis, and system review sessions with developers and quality analysts.
• Create and maintain documentation to ensure clear project tracking and historical records.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and support IT management initiatives.
