A company is looking for a Remote Product Owner / Customer Engineer to lead technical implementations and integrations while ensuring customer needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
Lead onboarding and implementation projects, collaborating with engineers to design and deploy data pipelines
Act as the primary technical liaison between customers, product, and engineering, translating requirements into actionable specs
Capture customer pain points and contribute to product roadmap recommendations and implementation documentation
Required Qualifications
4-8 years of experience in SaaS, B2B, or platform environments
Strong understanding of APIs (REST / GraphQL) and data integrations
Familiarity with ETL pipelines and data transformation concepts
Experience using tools like Postman for testing endpoints
Prior software development experience is preferred but not required
