We have an immediate need for a Parts Manager.
The Parts Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, identifying and sourcing automotive parts, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of parts to service technicians. This includes using knowledge of automotive repair techniques and parts to assist customers, managing inventory levels, and implementing effective merchandising strategies.

Assist customers in identifying and sourcing automotive parts, both in-person and over the phoneUse knowledge of automotive repair techniques and parts to provide accurate information to customers and service techniciansManage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and returning parts as necessaryMonitor stock levels and sales data to ensure the most efficient use of inventoryProvide excellent customer service, including resolving customer complaints and issuesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standardsKeep up-to-date with advances in automotive parts and technologyAssist with other parts department tasks as neededRequirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience in automotive parts sales or a related fieldStrong knowledge of automotive parts and repair techniquesFamiliarity with inventory management software and systemsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
