Job description

Circle Of Security Administrative Assistant

The Lourie Center, Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Circle Of Security Administrative Assistant, who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Circle Of Security Administrative Assistant, you will :

  • Works closely with the Circle Of Security Director to assist in program implementation, including data collection and reporting.
  • Sets up, takes notes / minutes, and attends meetings, virtually and in-person, for meetings within Lourie Center, AHC, and with external partners.
  • Serves as timekeeper in UKG for program staff.
  • Assists in compliance tracking and reporting, including IRB and evaluation requirements.
  • Performs a variety of administrative duties to include monitoring inventory and ordering office supplies, copying / assembling tasks as required for all departments, processing invoices for payment through Workday that support program activities.
  • Maintains confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPPAA / FERPA.
  • Monitors and maintains databases for the coordination, collection, and reporting of data internally and for external partner organizations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Include :

  • Requires a High School diploma.
  • A minimum of one year experience in a business office environment.
  • Personal Vehicle Required
  • Work Schedule :

    Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

    Pay Range : $19.64 - $25.65

    If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

    Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as : United States of America (Non-Exempt)
