Role Overview :
As a Payroll and HR Specialist, you will handle payroll administration and perform general HR duties to support our workforce.
Responsibilities :
- Process accurate and timely payroll for employees using ADP Workforce Now.
- Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.
- Assist with onboarding, employee data management, and HR documentation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support benefits administration and employee relations initiatives.
- Provide additional general HR support, as required.
Requirements :
Proven payroll experience, preferably with ADP Workforce Now or similar software.General Human Resources experience, including benefits administration and employee relations.Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards is a plus.
