Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Spokane-Coeur d'Alene area for a Speech Language Pathologist. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children. Day-to-day tasks include developing individualized therapy plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members to support the child's growth and development.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Speech Therapy and Speech-related services
• Knowledge of Dysphagia and its impact on pediatric patients
• Experience with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) as required by state regulations
• Experience with pediatric therapy is highly preferred
