Job Title : Oracle Fusion ERP Principal Business Analyst

Location : Irvine, CA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Salary Range : $160,000 (permanent role, full-time)

Schedule : 40 hours per week

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Principal Business Analyst to join a growing ERP team. This senior-level position is responsible for defining, gathering, and implementing business requirements across core functional areas such as Order to Cash, Finance, Distribution & Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, and Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate combines strong functional ERP expertise with business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 8 years of ERP implementation experience, including requirements gathering, configuration, functional specification, and testing
• Proven expertise with Oracle Fusion ERP (required)
• Strong knowledge of Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Manufacturing, and / or Financial processes
• Demonstrated experience in ERP rollouts, business process re-engineering, user training, and ongoing system support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to technical teams and executive leadership
• Strong project planning and organizational skills
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
