  • And many more benefits!\n\nPosition Summary : \nThe ICU at Spring View Hospital is a collaborative environment focused on delivering specialized care to critically ill patients in our 7-bed unit. As an RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. This role requires a commitment to professional development and clinical excellence.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
  • Implement care plans, including medication administration and clinical treatments.\n
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate records.\n
  • Monitor and communicate patient conditions to the healthcare team and families.\n
  • Support patients with daily activities like hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.\n
  • Collaborate across disciplines for comprehensive patient care.\n
  • Provide education and support to patients and families tailored to their unique needs.\n
  • Advocate for the overall well-being of patients.\n
  • Assist in maintaining nurse-to-patient ratios by floating to other departments as necessary.\n
  • Manage ventilators and critical care drips with professional competency.\n

  • Education : Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.\n
  • 1-2 years of clinical experience strongly preferred.\n\nCertifications : \n
  • BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.\n
  • ACLS certification required within 1 year.\n
  • PALS certification required within 1 year.\n
