Job Title : Senior Estimator OR Estimator

Job Location : Denver, CO / Englewood, CO

Salary : $130k-$160k + Benefits / 401k / Vehicle / etc.

Requirements : 3+ Years Experience as an Estimator. Experience in any of the following projects : Commercial, Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, Municipal, etc.

This is a full time / permanent position with a 250-person Design / Build General Contractor in Englewood.

They are heavily focused in commercial and Municipal construction projects but have wide range of projects across Healthcare, retail, higher education, K-12, student housing, aviation, recreation, etc.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to understand the scope of work.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
  • Analyze project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project budgets.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and verify existing conditions.

    • What You Need for this Position

  • 3+ Years Experience as Construction Estimator projects related to any of the following : Commercial, Municipal, Healthcare, etc.
  • Proficiency in estimating software
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
