Resettlement Case Manager

Pay :

• $22.50 / hour

Job Summary :

As a Resettlement Case Manager , you will assist newly arrived refugee and immigrant families who have had difficulties with their integration. You will establish a self-sufficiency plan with each individual / family and work toward stability with each objective over their service period of case management support; this may include coordinating housing, medical appointments, employment search, county benefits, school enrollment, as well as other means of supporting the individual to achieve self-sufficiency.
