We are looking to add a hybrid Global Corporate M&A Associate ( Mid-Senior Level Associate : 3-8 years ) to the team at our New York office - this is an opportunity to work alongside a market-leading team withing a dynamic, collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Oversee the full life cycle of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

Prepare and revise key deal documents; manage the due diligence process
