Required Skills :

Requirements gathering and analysis for C2M system.

Design and configuration of C2M.

Support UAT and provide end-user guidance.

Translate business needs into functional requirements / specifications.

Perform gap analysis between current systems and desired C2M functionality.

Provide expertise in rate design, billing configurations, and customer account management.

Recommend best practices for system configuration and data management within C2M.
