Location : District of Columbia, United States

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Track performance standards, Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) metrics, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence.
• Validate deliverables including documentation, reports, and configuration artifacts.
• Perform compliance audits across M365 workloads (e.g., Purview, security, governance).
• Assist with developing bi-weekly and monthly consolidated status reports.
• Ensure Section 508 compliance for all deliverables.

Required Skills & Certifications :

Understanding of M365 capabilities and configuration models.

Experience writing and validating compliance documentation.

Familiarity with Quality Assurance methodologies.

5+ years of quality assurance experience in IT programs.

Preferred Skills & Certifications :

Federal contract QA experience.

ITIL Foundation certification.

CMMI or ISO audit experience.
