Traffic Design Engineer III

Job Location : Newark Office - Newark, DE Description Wallace Montgomery is seeking an experienced Traffic Engineer to join our Newark or Dover, Delaware office. In this role, you will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering traffic and transpiration solutions for projects in Delaware with DelDot and other local municipalities. Essential Functions : Lead and support traffic engineering tasks including traffic studies, signal design, and traffic control plans. Collaborate with other departments to develop transportation solutions Utilize traffic engineering software such as MicroStation to model and analyze traffic operations. Support the development of construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates for traffic-related infrastructure. Mentor junior traffic engineers and contribute to quality control and assurance processes. Qualifications Professional Engineering License (Preferably in Delaware) Prior DelDot experience 5-7 years civil engineering experience Employment Type : Full Time
