Using Your Skills You Will

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing and developing strategies to achieve the store's financial and guest service goals while addressing the store's challenges
• Coach and strengthen Shift Leads and Crew
• Serve as a resource : store operations, staffing, company policies and procedures, and resolving key guest issues
