Job description

A healthcare facility near Lykens, Pennsylvania is seeking a Locum Tenens Interventional Cardiologist for a short-term assignment. This opportunity offers a chance to provide specialized care while enjoying the charm of central Pennsylvania.

June 4, 2025 (8 : 00 AM) - June 10, 2025 (8 : 00 AM)

  • Schedule

    • On-call coverage for STEMIs

  • Cath lab procedure and rounding support
  • Practice Setting

    • Inpatient only

  • Call Type

    • Beeper with a required response time of 30 minutes

  • Patients Per Shift

    • Varies

  • Bed Count in Department

    • 12

    Requirements

  • Board Certification

    • Required in Interventional Cardiology

  • Licensure

    • Must hold a Pennsylvania medical license

  • Certifications

    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • Fellowship Training

    • Preferred

    • Temporary privileges are not available; estimated credentialing timeframe is 90 days.
