Retail Manager 3

Role Overview :

Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 3 for Northeastern State University, located in Tahlequah, OK .  Retail Manager maintains food quality and customer service in a fast paced University environment.   Responsible for all aspects of cash handling retail food operation that includes nationally branded concepts, in-house formats and signature designs. May assume Director of Operations responsibilities and authority in his / her absence. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial / HR functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.

• What You'll Do :
• lead frontline teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes
• train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and daily operation standards.
• conduct retail brand standard audits (in-house and national brands)
• maintain integrity of retail branded concept standards (national and in-house brands)
• manage the opening and closing the operation as well daily retail food service operations
• ensure all needed signage (including digital) is in place
• manage vendor relationships and compliance
• maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place

Qualifications & Requirements :

Minimum  Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
