Job Title : Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location : Camarillo, CA

Pay Range : $24-30 / hr DOE

• About the Role :

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with collections to ensure timely cash flow.

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Prepare and send customer invoices

Record and reconcile incoming payments

Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing issues

Maintain up-to-date customer account information

Support month-end closing activities
