Bill Rate : $125 / hr

Position Summary
The General Ultrasound Technician will work in a Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) clinic setting (not hospital) and must demonstrate strong MFM / OB experience . The role performs high-quality diagnostic sonography exams under the direction of a Radiologist and in accordance with departmental protocols.

ARRT-registered Radiologic Technologist (with state radiography license)
No local candidates permitted.

Required Qualifications\n\nBLS (AHA or equivalent)\n\nGraduate of an accredited AMA-recognized Ultrasound or Radiologic Technology program\n\nOne of the following required : ARRT-registered Radiologic Technologist (with state radiography license)\n\nRDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) — strongly preferred\n\nStrong Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) clinic skills (must- have)\n\nProficiency in general ultrasound modalities (abdomen, pelvic, OB / GYN, transvaginal)\n\nMust be eligible to take call\n\nNo local candidates permitted.\n\n\n\nPreferred Experience\n\nOB / MFM experience beyond basic OB\n\nExperience in clinic-based high-risk maternal screening environments\n\nComfort with performing biopsies and ultrasound-guided procedures\n\nClinical Responsibilities\n\nPerform diagnostic sonography for : Abdominal\n\nPelvic / OB / GYN\n\nTransvaginal\n\nHigh -risk pregnancy (MFM)\n\nScan small parts, including : Thyroid\n\nBreast\n\nScrotum\n\nAssist with and / or perform ultrasound-guided procedures : Biopsies\n\nDrainage\n\nThoracentesis\n\nParacentesis\n\nAspirations\n\nProvide timely imaging for outpatient and (if needed) inpatient cases\n\nFollow Radiologist instructions and clinic protocols\n\nEnsure accurate documentation and image quality assurance\n\nEnvironment\n\nClinic setting (MFM specialty)\n\nNot a hospital-position\n\nDay schedule with call rotation\n\nCompliance / Submission Requirements\n\nUpdated resume reflecting strong MFM experience\n\nBLS\n\nProof of ARRT and / or RDMS certification\n\nState imaging licensure, if applicable\n\nNon-local address (strict no locals rule)
