Chestnut Run Innovation & Science Park (CRISP) is a 163-acre innovation campus located in the Greenville area of Wilmington, Delaware. The campus contains approximately 780,000 square feet of laboratory, research, and advanced manufacturing space and serves as a hub for scientific discovery, technology, and business growth. CRISP is located just four miles west of Central Wilmington and ¼ mile south of Barley Mill Plaza, a mixed-use development featuring new residential units, commercial space, and the area’s first Wegmans supermarket.

The Campus Director is responsible for delivering exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders by maintaining best-in-class facilities, ensuring operational excellence, and maximizing the long-term value of the CRISP campus. This includes leadership over property management, financial performance, tenant relations, and integration with leasing and development teams. The Campus Director acts as the face of CRISP operations—building strong partnerships with tenants, vendors, city agencies, and internal departments to foster a high-quality, safe, and innovative business environment.

Responsibilities :

Tenant Customer Experience

• Manage the tenant move-in process, renewals, and expansions.
• Maintain proactive relationships with tenants through regular site visits, communication, and problem resolution.
• Ensure tenant service requests are addressed, with a focus on 100% satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted resource, consistently exceeding customer service expectations.
