Keyholder

OBJECTIVE :

The objective of this position is to manage every aspect of the business while on-duty, to ensure our guests have an extraordinary experience while shopping or selling to our Plato’s Closet location. The primary focus of this position is to support the Store Manager as they work towards exceeding their goals. Responsibilities will include the following areas : staff-focused customer service, efficiency in processing buys, driving sales by keeping the store fully stocked and requiring add-on sales at the register, and maintaining the cleanliness, colorization and organization of the property. Additionally, if a Store Manager is not on duty, you hold the responsibility for the property.

Candidate must have the following skillsets :

• Minimum of 1 year Keyholder Experience
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, while also creating an amazing customer experience for our guests
• Fashion focused and have the ability to stay on top of fast changing market & social Media trends
• Perform opening and closing procedures such as balancing registers and operating the security system
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, cashwrap, fitting room, and warehouse to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers
• Able to stand during shift, lift up to 40 pounds, reach for merchandise using ladders, poles, etc...
