As a Service Shop Dispatcher you will coordinate customer service appointments and ensure efficient operation of the service department.

Responsibilities :

• Communicate effectively with technicians and service advisors regarding job priorities and status updates
• Manage workflow to ensure optimal utilization of service department resources
• Maintain accurate records of service orders and customer interactions
• Coordinate with parts department and other staff to support service operations
• Assist with used car write-ups andPDIs
