Position Overview :

The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for leading crews on commercial electrical projects , ensuring safety, quality, and productivity in the field. This role is best suited for someone with strong hands-on skills who can also lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and direct crews on commercial electrical installations
• Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment needs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Work closely with the superintendent and project manager to maintain schedules and budgets
• Mentor apprentices and journeymen to develop team skills and efficiency
