We are seeking a skilled Quality Technician to support testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of electrical circuits and diesel-powered generator systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring equipment meets performance and safety standards through hands-on diagnostics and repair. If you’re mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail, we’d love to talk with you.
1st Shift; 7am-3pm EST; Monday - Friday
Responsibilities : Quality Technician - Test Cell
Testing all electrical circuits. Circuits would include : switch-gear, power distribution fuel displays and battery charging system & make repairs to such circuits.Inspecting all aspects of engine and engine components.Mechanical repair of things such as coolant leaks, fuel leaks and fuel probes.Responsible for setting up power modules for test to include fueling of the unit, attaching load cables and AC house short power.Electrical voltages would include 120, 240, 480, and 600 volts AC. Occasionally higher voltages are required.Requirements : Quality Technician - Test Cell
Read and understand schematicsBasic computer, electrical and mechanical skillsUnderstanding of diesel engines and power generatorsUse basic hand tools and measuring equipmentAttention to Detail, quality, testingVery mechanically inclined.Diesel mechanic experience is a plus.You should be proficient in :
