We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our fully remote team. You’ll work with clients across industries—healthcare, real estate, financial services, and beyond—to design, present, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions that bridge CRM, contact-center, and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and architecture sessions with client stakeholders.
Design integrated solutions across Salesforce, Five9 / Amazon Connect, AI, and analytics environments.
Create demos, proof-of-concepts, and proposals that highlight Summit’s differentiation and technical excellence.
Lead implementation teams, ensuring architectural integrity and measurable business results.
Stay current on emerging technologies within contact-center, CRM, and AI / IVA domains.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, bridging business and technical perspectives.

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise architecture, solutions engineering or technical account management, ideally within CCaaS / CRM ecosystems.

Proven experience architecting solutions using Five9 , Amazon Connect , Salesforce , and AI tools .

Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, telephony, and enterprise system integration.

Self-driven and comfortable working in a fully remote, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

Salesforce Certified and / or Five9 Certified.

Experience within consulting, BPO, or large-scale contact-center environments.

Knowledge of omnichannel design, automation frameworks, and data architecture best practices.
