This is a PRN-As Needed position.
As a key member of our healthcare team, the Pharmacist ensures safe, effective, and compassionate delivery of medications for both outpatients and inpatients. You'll help optimize medication therapy, support clinical teams with expert guidance, and contribute to our mission to Inspire Hope. Promote Wellness.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and staff supervision
- Maintain accurate prescription records and manage third-party reimbursements
- Collaborate with prescribers, nurses, and hospital staff to ensure safe and effective medication use
- Oversee mail order pharmacy processes and inventory management
- Monitor pharmaceutical storage, distribution, and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Review and approve inpatient and outpatient medication orders
- Support community engagement efforts to promote pharmacy services
Education, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (RPh) requiredDoctorate in pharmacy (Pharm.D) preferredMust have graduated from an accredited college of pharmacyEXPERIENCE / TRAINING
At least two (2) years experience preferredExperience in both inpatient and retail pharmacy preferredKnowledge of mail order processes preferredLICENSURE / CERTIFICATION
Licensed Pharmacist issued by the Missouri State Board of Pharmacy requiredMust maintain education credits for applicable certification requirementsYou'll be a great fit for this role if you :
