Position : RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Cedar Park, Texas — earn up to ($1641 - $1727 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Participate in professional development and training programs.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.
Educate patients and families on care procedures.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Experience / Qualifications
Current RN license in Texas with ICU experience preferred.
Proven ability to monitor and assess critically ill patients.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams.
Knowledge of medication administration and treatment protocols.
Experience with electronic health records and documentation standards.
Experience in quality improvement initiatives in healthcare settings.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback.
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands.
Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
