They’re now expanding their transactional practice—particularly in commercial real estate—and want a talented attorney to take on deals, lead execution, and build that vertical.

Commercial Real Estate Transactions Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
Must Haves
JD from an accredited law school; admitted to the New York Bar8+ years of commercial real estate transactional experienceDemonstrated track record in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, joint venturesStrong skills in drafting and negotiating purchase & sale agreements, mortgages, leases, loan documents, UCC mattersExperience performing and managing due diligence (title, survey, environmental, zoning, tax, survey, building, etc.)Ability to lead closings and coordinate all parties (lenders, title, survey, escrow, counsel)Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and commercial instinctsComfort managing multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-moving environmentDay to day, you will :
Drive acquisition, disposition, joint venture, financing, and leasing dealsReview and clear title, zoning, survey, environmental issuesNegotiate terms and draft definitive documents (PSAs, mortgages, leases, intercreditor, JV agreements)Coordinate closing logistics and document executionInterface with lenders, sponsors, title companies, surveyors, and other counselStructuring creative deal terms, negotiating carveouts, warranties, indemnitiesManage internal checklists and ensure compliance with deal timelinesCommercial Real Estate Transactions Attorney Preferred Background & Skills
