Job Type : Part-time, Non-Exempt
Pay : $26 / hour
Location : Brooklyn Arbor Elementary School, 325 S 3rd St, Brooklyn, NY 11211
Dates of Employment : November 17, 2025 – June 5, 2026
Schedule : 2 days per week (excluding Fridays) | 8 : 30 AM – 2 : 30 PM

What You’ll Do
As a Simply Ed Elementary School Math Teacher’s Assistant, you will :
Provide push-in classroom support for elementary school math instruction.Support teachers in delivering engaging math lessons and activities.Work one-on-one and in small groups with students who need extra support.Help manage classroom routines and maintain a positive learning environment.Monitor student progress and share observations with teachers.Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are :
Passionate about supporting students in math.Reliable, professional, and committed to showing up every day.Strong communicators and collaborative team players.Experienced with children (formally or informally) — experience in schools preferred, but training is provided.Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Education, Math, or a related field.Cleared (or eligible for clearance) through DOE PETS background check and fingerprinting.What You Gain
