Coral Communications Director

A company is looking for a Corals Communications Director.

Key Responsibilities

Develop content for NOAA websites, newsletters, press releases, and other communication materials

Manage social media accounts for NOAA's Coral Reef Conservation Program

Collaborate with NOAA offices and partners to create stories and reports on coral conservation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 3+ years of experience

Knowledge of NOAA programs and operations, coral reefs, or coastal management preferred

Experience with Google collaborative tools, MS Word, and PowerPoint

Familiarity with website development, social media apps, and web analytics

Ability to pass a National Agency Check (NACI) and maintain it throughout employment
