Product Managers at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in driving product visioning, planning and development to deliver on our human + digital product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. As a Data Insights Product Manager in Treasury & Payment Solutions, you will :

• Conduct deep client discovery to understand needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Leverage technologies such as business intelligence, AI, and machine learning to proactively deliver meaningful insights and uncover blind spots in clients' operations.
• Define and execute the data and analytics strategy for client-facing products.
• Work across business lines to identify data needs and innovative ways to help clients succeed.
• Analyze and interpret business data using advanced techniques to meet evolving business requirements.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap aligned with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
• Collaborate with agile teams, experience design, technology, and risk partners to deliver business and customer outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of data analytics, Power BI tools, AI / ML applications, and client performance metrics.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for clients.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across multiple business lines and stakeholders.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside of the location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
