The administrative coordinator will manage various office tasks to ensure smooth operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, managing communications, ordering supplies, and coordinating events. Will as a central point of contact for internal departments and external parties, maintain records, and support senior staff with diverse administrative functions.
