About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist , you'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional member experiences, supporting our internal teams, and safeguarding the accuracy and integrity of our member and lending records.

Your schedule will be Monday - Friday. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and energized by process accuracy and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Review all disbursed loans for accuracy including approval signatures, interest rate, payment, collateral information and lien placement. Verify income, loan to value and ensure any exceptions are documented and approved.

Review all new general membership, fiduciary, business, organization and trust account documents for accuracy including joint owners, beneficiaries and authorized signers. This includes any modifications and account ownership changes.

Maintain QA reports that include tracking of all disbursed loans and brand-new accounts and verify they are properly imaged. Track any corrections needed on the report and document when they have been returned.

Process all credit report disputes (E-Oscar) within 30 days of receiving notifications.

May review Student Loan reports and process any forbearance and deferment requests. May work in coordination with member solutions to determine a financial action plan.

Review the Non-Financial report daily for all loan extensions, due date, rate or payment changes. Also check for name changes, social security, birth date and address changes. Verify accurate comments have been made to the account and that proper supporting documentation has been received.

What You Bring to the Team

High school diploma required.

Familiarity with credit union documentation and processes preferred.

Experience in compliance, lending, or member service is a plus.

Confidence in using Microsoft Office tools and comfort working with specialized financial systems.
