Join our team as an Administrative Office Assistant & Sales / Marketing Coordinator , where you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our office running smoothly while supporting our dynamic Sales and Marketing teams.

🔹 About the Role

This dual-function position blends administrative excellence with strategic support for sales and marketing initiatives. You’ll be the go-to person for office operations, executive support, client coordination, and marketing campaign execution.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Office Administration & Operations

  • Manage day-to-day office functions and vendor relationships
  • Support executives with calendar management, travel, and communications
  • Maintain organized filing systems and assist with research projects

Sales & Client Support

  • Assist with quotes, proposals, CRM updates, and sales reporting
  • Coordinate client meetings, demos, and follow-ups
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for key clients
  • Marketing & Communications

  • Support campaign execution and content scheduling
  • Coordinate production of marketing materials and event logistics
  • Track basic marketing metrics and maintain digital platforms
  • 🎯 What We’re Looking For

    Qualifications :

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in office administration and sales / marketing support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Hootsuite is a plus
