Northeast Delta Human Services Authority is seeking a Behavioral Health Center Manager B to oversee the operations within a behavioral health clinic. This role also plans, develops, and directs programs that meet the clinical needs of the residents of the service area as well as providing outpatient services, community support programs, partial hospitalization services, 24-hour emergency services, screening and consultation to courts and coroners, quality assurance programs, consultation and education services, continuity services, and inpatient services. Minimum Qualifications : A master's degree in a social science, health or human services, or health administration field plus four years of experience in health services, social services, nursing, or counseling; OR A doctorate in a social science, health or human services, or health administration field, or a medical degree plus three years of experience in health services, social services, nursing, or counseling.

Job Duties : An ideal candidate will provide both supervisory and clinical services. The position requires a knowledge of supervisory practices and appropriate clinical interventions as the incumbent is expected to direct, plan, and implement the programs serving the outpatient needs of the consumers through the region's behavioral health clinic. Licensure as either a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker is preferred.

Works as a part of a treatment team to provide quality care and reduce the stigma surrounding behavioral health (mental health or substance use) treatment.

Plans, prioritizes, and manages clinical treatment services for complex behavioral health cases by completing initial biopsychosocial assessments, annual reassessments, ASIs, and all assigned screening tools in accordance with NEDHSA policy.

Attends in-service trainings for staff and completes required trainings in a timely manner while assisting with the collection of TOMS and QOC surveys, as assigned.

Completes written and electronic records with concurrent documentation.

Serves as backup to treatment, medical, and support staff at NEDHSA's clinics as needed.

Additional duties may be required as assigned by the supervisor and / or appointing authority.

Position-Specific Details : Appointment Type : Probational, Promotional, Demotion, Lateral Transfer, or Detail to Special Duty Location : Tallulah Behavioral Health Clinic Compensation : NEDHSA is a designated approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site. Clinicians who work at NHSC-approved sites are eligible to apply to the NHSC Loan Repayment Program to pay off student loans. + 2-year Full-Time Clinical Practice : NHSC will pay up to $50,000

• for an initial 2 years of full-time clinical practice to clinicians. (Full-time clinical practice is defined as no less than 40 hours per week, for a minimum of 45 weeks per year.)
